CRPA SHARE is an online event reporting system, where you can submit events or incidents that you think other CRPA members would benefit from reading. The objective of the system is to learn from applied operational practices within the radiation protection field in order to better understand common processes and regulator expectations, identify gaps and improve compliance within our community.

What should you report?

Any incidents you feel members would like hearing about – lost, stolen or misplaced sealed sources, machine malfunctions, spills, shipping errors or incidents.

How will it work?

CRPA SHARE will collect and share statistics with its members on the frequency and nature of events. Reports are anonymous. You are asked for your name, institution and contact info to help the SHARE administrator ensure the legitimacy of the report. Only the summary of event or lessons learned will be shared with members.

Where can I report incidents on CRPA SHARE?

You can report incidents here: CRPA SHARE REPORT FORM

This tool is to benefit our members and the greater radiation protection community.

Thank you for your participation.
